The 注册商’s Office provides a variety of services to students including processing of grades, maintaining and issuing of transcripts, helping certify student athletes, preparing degree audits for students nearing graduation, producing student enrollment verifications, recommending teacher certification, certifying students to receive VA education benefits and more.

Degree Verification

To better serve the business community (such as credit grantors, 雇主, and insurance companies), Campbellsville University uses the National Student Clearinghouse as our agent to provide verification of our alumni degrees. They will handle all requests for verifications.

关于 Your Academic Records

Several factors can impact your academic records. We have listed several of the more critical factors along with information on what you can do to ensure they are accurately maintained.

Program Changes (Area, Major, Minor)

Keep us informed of changes to your program of study. When you choose to change your area, 主要, 或小, follow the steps we’ve outlined on the “服务” page. Use the link at left.

Repeated Courses

Campbellsville University policy says  you can only earn credit for a 标准 course one time. While it is possible to retake/repeat a course and improve your grade, you cannot earn additional credit hours for a course. Additionally, we have a “last grade counts” policy. This means that if you repeat a course and earn a lower grade, 它会算数的, overriding the previous higher grade.

We strive to keep your transcript accurate. To do that, we must know when you are retaking/repeating a course, particularly from another school. 使用我们的 Repeated Courses form to report these courses each semester.

Note: There is a special type of course (called “cumulative credit”) that can earn hours more than once.
